1. Registration and customer profile
In order to simplify the process of re-ordering, the customer can create a profile (account) on the site within the “My Account” page.
Data that are mandatory when creating an order are:
• phone number
• password
Data that the user can enter after creating a profile are:
• Name and surname
• e-mail
• recorded delivery addresses
• notification channels
Within his account, the customer has an overview of the orders made with all the details that they entail.
When placing a new order, the customer can use the previously created order and automatically fill in all available data.
2. Finding the product you want to buy
The customer selects items and adds to the basket:
• If it is a product from the “Cakes” category, the customer chooses one of the displayed packages of cakes, or adds a pre-selected one
• If it is a product from the “Cakes” category, the customer chooses one of the offered sizes (small, medium, large, round) or adds a pre-selected one
• If it is a question of products from the categories “Holiday offer”, “Easter cakes” or “Valentine’s Day cakes”, when adding the product to the basket, the customer can choose different parameters of the cake compared to the one shown:
o The weight of the cake
o Additional notes (regarding color, spark plugs, inscriptions, etc.)

While on the “cart” page, the customer:
• see a list of products previously added to the cart
• may remove products or change the quantity of products
• see the total amount of the basket
• apply the discount code and see the discounted amount
4. Entering data about the customer

5. Method of delivery
We deliver in cooperation with the courier service Potrčko and this service is charged additionally. The price of the service depends on the distance of the address to which our products are delivered. The price list of services can be found on the page of each product. Delivery is made exclusively on the territory of Belgrade.
Problems with order delivery
If it happens that we are unable to make the delivery because there is no one at the address at the agreed time who could collect the ordered goods, the goods will be returned to our workshop, your account will be charged for the full amount of the order and delivery. The order will be considered fulfilled.
If the person to whom our product is sent as a gift does not want to receive your gift upon delivery, the courier will return the order to our workshop, and your account will be charged for the full amount of the order and delivery. The order will be considered fulfilled.
Our calculator calculates the price per kilometer. Mileage is calculated according to the shortest route to the user’s address. Before payment, the user of the service will receive a clearly calculated mileage, as well as the price multiplied by kilometer, and by continuing the purchase, he agrees with the same. The price per kilometer is 150 dinars.
6. Price
All product prices displayed on the site are in dinars (RSD) with VAT included.
Products are charged at the prices valid on the day of ordering and published on the website. Prices, payment terms and promotional offers are valid only at the time of payment and may change without prior notice. The seller will endeavor to ensure that the prices stated in the order are correct, however, errors may occur.
In the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, or the price on the website for any other reason does not correspond to the actual price of the product or service, the seller will enable the Customer to cancel the purchase or to confirm the new changed price.
Product prices are clearly displayed on the Seller’s website. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as the right to add or withdraw any item from the offer at any time.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be debited will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations/your issuing bank, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there may be a slight difference between the original price listed on our site and the one you can see on your bank statement.
7. Choice of payment method
Payment methods are:
• To the recipient – the customer is shown a screen with confirmation of the order after clicking on the “Finish order” button with details for tracking the order
• Online payment – the customer will be redirected to the bank’s page where he will enter payment data. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment. Online payment is only possible with VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Dinacard and Amex cards.
8. Acceptance of the general conditions of purchase and conclusion of the Agreement.
Agreement – a bilateral contractual relationship between the Buyer and the company “PR BAŠ DOMAĆE” Belgrade and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the provisions that the Buyer here expressly accepts and agrees with.
The contract includes the contract offered in electronic form, which the Buyer and legal entities conclude, send, receive, terminate, cancel, access and display electronically using electronic means of communication.
The moment of acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase, the Agreement is considered concluded.
9. Unilateral termination of the Agreement
The purchase is made through the sales website https://basdomace.rs/ of the seller or by telephone, and in accordance with the Law, it is considered a distance sale.
However, due to the fact that it is a specific type of goods, that is, goods that are subject to quality deterioration and have a short shelf life, in accordance with Article 37. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract, that is, he does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
10. Review, confirmation and monitoring of the purchase order
The customer receives an email or SMS with order confirmation and all the details it entails. The customer also receives a link to the page where he can track the status of the order or cancel the order, and contact information for support in case he has any concerns or questions.
11. Order cancellation
The customer can cancel the order within the site, by email or by phone, within 4 hours after placing the order or at the latest
• 24 hours before delivery in the case of cakes
• 48 hours before delivery in the case of classic cakes
• 120 hours before delivery in the case of children’s and festive cakes
• 360 hours before delivery in the case of wedding cakes

Conformity of goods and defects
Upon receipt of the goods, inspect the goods and check their compliance with the order, and point out the existence of defects that can be observed by inspection.
For hidden defects that existed at the time of the transfer of risk to the buyer, the seller is liable within the product’s shelf life indicated on the packaging.
The moment of transfer of risk from the seller to the buyer is the moment of handing over the goods to the buyer or to a person authorized by the buyer to receive the goods on his behalf.
In the event of defects for which the seller is responsible, the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection apply to the buyer’s rights and the procedure for exercising rights, unless otherwise agreed in accordance with this law.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us via email no later than 4 hours after delivery. We only accept complaints if you provide us with a written description and pictures and/or a video of the problem you encountered. The advertised product must be photographed in its original condition, never half-consumed. The employees of Baš domaje, who are in charge of complaints, are obliged to respond to you no later than 48 hours after receiving your email. If we find that your complaint is justified, Baš domaje will refund the value of the order.
The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:
delivery of a product that was not ordered
delivery of damaged products, and the damage was caused by poor handling during delivery.
Complaints sent by parcel distribution must be properly packed in cardboard packaging. All claims that are improperly packed and that have visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted but will be returned to the sender.
A complaint is possible in the form of a replacement for another item within a month, provided that the item is not damaged.

Refund of collected funds
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, “PR BAŠ DOMAĆE” Belgrade is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro , Dinacard and Amex payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the payment card user’s account at the seller’s request.
